Our main distribution centre is is located in Burton-Upon-Trent, Staffordshire, and is the backbone of the global supply chain for our 1500+ stores . In our Burton “campus” we also manufacture and pack bespoke Holland and Barrett brand products. We also operate facilities in s in Dublin, Ireland, and Beverwijk, Netherlands.


Working closely with Operations and Finance, the planning team will build a site wide plan including resource, capacity and performance management that will deliver against our forecast in line with our commercial targets and meet our customer promise every day.

Control Tower

We are a new department which helps Supply Chain build transparent and scalable processes, measure and control our performance and provide our customers with top-class delivery experience!


Our Sourcing team supports categories in building and implementing their category sourcing plans in line with our broader sourcing strategy - seeking to identify and mitigate supply brand and price risk.


Our Burton manufacturing and distribution centre is home to over 200 colleagues every day. The site is split into two with one covering food and supplements manufacturing and the other the home of our product distribution.


Our aim is to make packaging work for both people and the planet as well as creating products that our customers love, making health and wellness a way of life for everyone.

Distribution and Fullfilment

We depend on our Distribution Centre’s to keep our stores supplied with the right stock at the right time. The work’s got to be done fast, accurately and safely, so if you love teamwork, it’s an exciting challenge and a great place to get on and make a difference.


We need to make sure our customers can access the stock they want, when and where they want it, which is why we’re transforming our Supply Chain and Logistics function to make it faster, more flexible, cost effective and efficient than ever before. You can be a part of shaping that.

Learning and Development

CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) is a 5 year cyclical refresher course for all LGV (Large Goods Vehicle) and HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicle) Drivers it consists of 7 hours training every year. Covering topics ranging from the highway code, spotting hazards, vehicle and personal safety, to health and Safety. We now deliver this in house via a qualified LGV instructor working within our in house Learning and Development team.

MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Awareness is a course for managers to ensure they are aware of the safety measures we train all our MHE drivers on site - again we are ensuring that managers can manage the safety measures in their areas and that driver perform to the safety standers we train. We have two MHE instructors within the Learning and Development team and they deliver the MHE awareness training also.
