The function that oversees our purse strings at Holland & Barrett. As part of our 2025 strategy, we're investing significantly into the business and it's our team that works closely with colleagues across the business to help manage the investment along with a lot of other financial activities to keep the business financially healthy.


Here to help you find your way through any legal issue at Holland & Barrett. Whether you are entering into a contract, have a question about trademarks, need to know about the company family tree, have been threatened with legal action, or need to check if your marketing message is on the right track.

Retail Operations

From in-store promotions to communications, our Retail Operations team are constantly innovating. We set the direction for over 800 stores across the UK and ROI, in support of our store colleague and customer needs. By working closely with our trading teams, store activity is managed, and workload plans are developed. In short, stores rely on us to make the right decisions and to act as gatekeepers.


From Category Managers to Buyers, we ensure we offer customers the right products at the right price. Buying forms the backbone of our business. It is down to our talented teams to identify trends and understand our on-going success stories, ensuring what customers want is on our shelves, and it’s no mean feat.

Customer Service

The Customer Service team are ready to respond to our customers regardless of their query type or method of contact. From simple questions about deliveries or products, to complex nutritional advice, the Customer Service team have the expertise to meet the customer’s demands through their channel of choice.


It'll be no surprise that we're all about people in the HR team. Our purpose is to attract, excite and develop you (our talented colleagues) to support us in achieving our global growth plans as we become a health and wellness business. We’re a team of over sixty experts, with hundreds of years of experience, specialising in everything from Learning and Development to Engagement.


Property manages the estate and come up with clever solutions for lease and maintenance issues. They are here to help stores deliver a great service by ensuring the buildings they work in are functional and safe for customers and colleagues while also looking great.

Wellness Futures

Wellness Futures is a cross-function collaboration, aimed to build new customer propositions to help us work towards our 2025 vision. The propositions, partnerships and products created by the team will help achieve this by helping our customers manage their end-to-end wellness goals.

Career development programmes

We have a series of development programmes aimed at creating our managers and leaders of the future. Our career development programmes are designed for different audiences, depending where you are in your career.

Advance is a 10-month programme designed for senior leaders that will use a variety of monthly activities: self and 360 diagnostic tools, coupled with workshops, coaching and online resources, to provide a greater understanding and aid development.

Evolve is a 20-month programme designed for managers and team leads. It is made up of 17 months on the programme, followed by a three-month end point assessment. We use a monthly blended learning approach: virtual classrooms, 1:1 coaching/support session, assignments, research tasks, projects, practical activities, peer networking, and shadowing.

Grow is a 14-month programme designed for Team Leaders or equivalent in function identified as having the potential to become a high-performing Manager. We use a monthly blended learning approach including virtual classrooms, 1:1 coaching/support session, assignments, research tasks, projects, online learning, practical activities, and observations.


Nuneaton is famously the home of Holland & Barrett, with over 600 of our colleagues based in the hub, but did you know Nuneaton was originally known as 'Eaton' back in 1155?

Fancy something to eat: the Restore & Recharge (R&R), our new place to eat, meet and collaborate in the Nuneaton Hub has a range of Starbucks drinks on offer, along with a selection of soft and fizzy drinks, and fresh food from a bacon, sausage and egg roll to a Vegan BBQ Jackfruit Toastie.

Fancy pumping some iron between meetings? Well, when you're in the hub, why not make use of our onsite gym? We've got everything from yoga balls to spin bikes on offer and to keep all colleagues using the gym healthy and well.


Our central London hub is a two-minute walk from Oxford Street tube station. For our 'pro-shoppers' out there it's across the road from the 'big' John Lewis on Oxford Street, and next door to a Pret and a Starbucks - for those lunchtime essentials!

When visiting you are able to book a desk, meeting room or workbench to work from to avoid any disappointment.

If you like to stay active, you can make use of the building's cycle racks, and you can even access the fully managed showers which are on the ground floor. Clean towels are also provided from the post room on the ground floor.
