Working as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator, my role is all about filling store vacancies. It’s my job to raise vacancies, shortlist candidates, arrange interviews and then close-down the roles with excited new colleagues. There’s a lot of CV sifting which keeps me busy, especially as I look after the London vacancies, but the days go quickly and there’s always something to do. My favourite part of my role is getting to speak to my store managers – after looking after them for several years, we’ve built up amazing relationships and always enjoy a good natter before we get down to the nitty gritty.
