Senior eCRM Executive (19368)

The Role:

Reporting into the eCRM Manager you will be responsible for increasing customer retention rates and lifetime value, through end-to-end delivery of data driven, multi-channel CRM campaigns. You will also support the delivery of the CRM strategy to help drive growth, personalisation, segmentation and automation.

As Senior eCRM Executive you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing, managing and executing segmented CRM campaigns (ad-hoc and automated) to support customer acquisition, retention and reengagement
  • Continuously testing, analysing and optimising campaign and channel performance and share results with the wider team and internal stakeholders
  • End-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns including production of email campaign briefs, copywriting and creative requirements, identifying which segments to target and following QA and approvals process
  • Building strong relationships with our stakeholders (Automation team, Design, Marketing, Trading)
  • Ensuring all campaigns are performing against key performance metrics including traffic, revenue, incremental sales, ROI, CLV, CTR, Open Rate, Unsubscribe Rate
  • Ownership of Supplier Funded activity and Local Area Marketing for CRM
  • Line management of 1 team member
The Person:

You will have proven experience of working in a similar Senior eCRM / Marketing Executive role and will have a retail or FMCG background with the ability to work in a fast-paced reactive environment.  

  • Good understanding of ESPs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Data-driven with ability to read and implement insights and Google Analytics experience
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Great communication, organisational and teamwork skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requests
  • Great team player who demonstrates initiative and collaboration
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
  • Desire to learn, take on new skills and be driven to progress quickly
  • Line management experience an advantage
