Location:  Remote: Field Based, Head office is based in Nuneaton 

Hours: 37.5 per week

Full responsibility for the asset management of approximately 200 properties in our portfolio.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Lease renewals, managing break options, lease re-gears, store closure programme
  • Liaising with agents & landlords to generate market interest in Brand and acquiring stores at the most advantageous
  • Appraising store performance in order to drive store optimisation.
  • Liaising with our external consultants to manage and challenge both service charge demands and rating appeals.
  • Analysing & identifying the key factors of store success and assist in shaping the property strategy of the future.
The Person


  • Experienced and dynamic Regional Assets Manager who can come onboard and hit the ground running and make deals better than expected.
  • MRICS qualified with 3+ years post qualification experience in a similar fasted paced retail environment.
  • Commercially savvy with understanding of footfall and demographics
  • Strategic thinker who can see the broader, long-term picture.
  • Passionate about Retail with In-depth knowledge of the retail market.
  • Strong negotiating skills, tenacity, commercial agility and drive.
