Trade Plan Manager (14182)

The Role:

You will be leading the planning processes for the overall business Trade Plan.  This role involves a blend of process improvement and timeline management and is highly cross-functional.  The successful candidate will be joining at a time where the business strategy around the Trade Plan is evolving and will play a critical role in shaping its future.

You will have a proven track record of working in a similar Business Planning/Trade Planning role which has ideally been gained in the retail sector and will be passionate about embracing change and driving continuous improvement in an evolving business!

 Main Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage the planning critical path for both promotions and the wider trade plan
  • Driving continuous improvement of the processes behind the planning cycle focussing on ‘right first time' planning, execution and review
  • Supporting the Commercial Leadership Team with the changes to ways of working needed to meet the new business strategy around the Trade Plan
  • Leading key meetings across the planning cycle
  • Line management responsibility for administrative resource within the Trade Plan team
