The Role

Are you a creative whizz who loves writing and design? Are you organised, diligent and can keep calm when working to tight deadlines? Are you passionate about keeping colleagues well informed and engaged? Then this could be the role for you!


We are looking for a Retail Communications Executive to join the Retail Communications team to keep our 800+ stores informed, updated and engaged. You'll be involved in the entire communication process, ensuring our store communications land right first time.


The main purpose of this role is to support the Retail Communications Manager in delivering the retail communication plan in the most efficient and effective manner. Creating high quality engaging content that is planned according to store capacity.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the delivery of all day to day communications to stores. From planning, writing, designing, proof reading, signing off and launching to colleagues on our retail intranet.
  • Ensure the brand values and tone of voice are adhered to in all communication. Create and produce copy that delivers a clear message that is both informative and engaging.
  • Design high quality, eye-catching communications using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop), always looking for ways to enhance our communications.
  • Keep the communication plan up to date and accurate.
  • Work with a range of internal stakeholders to create bespoke content that drives business initiatives, that are well planned and land accurately first time.
  • Continually identify new ways of innovating and improving the way we communicate.


No day is the same in the comms team. The role will be fast paced and diverse so you will need to be flexible and extremely organised, and comfortable prioritising and managing your own workload.


A good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop is desirable.

The Person

We offer a flexible working model and would ideally like someone who would be comfortable working from home approximately 3/4 days a week, and work from our office in Nuneaton 1/2 days a week (working 5 days in total, Monday-Friday).
